Jerold A. Moses, Retired

Overview

Jerry Moses retired on June 30, 2024.  He concentrated his practice in commercial real estate and business transactions, representing all parties to these transactions such as commercial property owners and buyers, landlords and tenants and business owners and buyers. He also represented borrowers in commercial loan transactions and had experience representing lenders in commercial loans secured by real estate and other assets. Mr. Moses also practiced general business law, including the establishment of entities and their organization documentation and on-going matters.  Mr. Moses is recognized in Best Lawyers in America (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024) for Real Estate Law.

Mr. Moses joined Fedder and Garten in 1997 and became a shareholder in 2004. He was born and raised in Baltimore. Jerry has been licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland since 1982.
