Jodie Jordan

Overview

Jodie is Counsel to the Firm and is a seasoned corporate transactional and real estate lawyer, having served clients in both large and small firms in Maryland, Delaware and Missouri.  As a trusted advocate, Jodie has advised corporate clients across various industries to provide comprehensive and proactive legal solutions.  To that end, she has counseled business owners in all phases of the business lifecycle from business formation, to capital raises, to mergers and acquisitions. Jodie also advises corporate clients on day-to-day business matters such as contract drafting and negotiation, as well as providing advise on various employment matters.  On the real estate side, Jodie skillfully drafts lease agreements and various other real estate purchase and sale documents.  She has also  represented both borrowers and lenders in commercial loan transactions. Jodie received a joint MBA and law degree from Wake Forest University, giving her insight into her clients’ business objectives.  Jodie achieves client satisfaction by prioritizing continuous communication leading to legal strategies tailored to her client’s unique business challenges and goals.
