Charles R. Gamper
Mr. Gamper’s litigation practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and FINRA-related matters. Mr. Gamper is admitted to practice law in Maryland.
Mr. Gamper joined the firm in 2023, after a stint as a federal prosecutor in the United States Attorney’s Office in Baltimore. He previously clerked for U.S. District Judge Richard D. Bennett in Baltimore. In private practice before joining the firm, Mr. Gamper represented large companies under investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice.
Mr. Gamper is a 2016 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was an Editorial Board Member of the Journal of Law & Politics and a law school representative on the University Honor Committee. Mr. Gamper also received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia. As an undergraduate, Mr. Gamper was a Jefferson Scholar and Echols Scholar.
Prior to law school, Mr. Gamper was a Coro Fellow in Public Affairs in Pittsburgh, and he worked on clean energy policy in Washington, D.C.
