Leete A. Garten
Mr. Garten’s practice emphasizes estate planning and trust administration, taxation, real estate law and transactions, and corporate law and transactions.
As part of his practice, Mr. Garten has had the opportunity to work with individuals and couples to craft an estate plan tailored to their specific needs and goals. Real Estate and Business law matters often coincide with the client’s respective estate plan. Mr. Garten’s Real Estate and Business law practice includes entity formation and organization, commercial transactions including the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate, and lease negotiations on behalf of both landlords and tenants. It is through this wide range of related matters that Mr. Garten is able to create and continue lasting client relationships.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Garten was the sole law clerk for the three Judges of the Orphans’ Court for Baltimore City.
